Will, 4/25/13 – I’ve struggled with lower back pain for over 15 years. I fell from a ladder the 2nd week of January 2013 and was unable to exercise or pick up my children. I went through 4 weeks of physical therapy in February but was still unable to exercise as I once did with minimal pain. I received prayer in April. A week following prayer I felt No nagging pain. One week later I returned to the gym with zero pain and moved 10 cubic yards of mulch. Bam!!! Thank You Jesus.
I will give thanks to You… …wonderful are your works, and my soul knows it very well. [Ps139:13-14]

Psalms 139:16 it says, “Your eyes have seen my unformed substance; and in Your book were all written the days that were ordained for me, when as yet there was not one of them.” Then in Ps 139:13, 14 it says, “For You formed my inward parts; You wove me in my mother’s womb. I will give thanks to You, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made; Wonderful are Your works, and my soul knows it very well.”
What I believe the Lord has shown me is that He knew ALL my days before there was one and, THEN, He knit (wove) me in my mother’s womb. That means He was able to knit within me all that I needed to face, and to stand, in the days that were ordained for me. Some of those days have been wonderful, happy, filled with love. Some of those days have been hard, sad, wrought with tears. I have come to believe and depend on the fact that He doubled up some of those stitches…maybe even tripled up some of them as He knit me, in order that I can make it through the hard things that I face. I’ve come to believe and depend on that being true of each and every one of us. I know we live in a very dark world and we have all faced some very difficult circumstances. My prayer is you will be able to look at those circumstances differently and know, deep within your hearts, that He has knit you able to walk were you are walking and to be able to say “my soul knows it very well.” I’m certainly not making light of the difficulties everyone has faced in this life. I just believe that “knowing all your days before there was one”…”He knit you able”.
