Every November, the International Day of Prayer for Persecuted Church (IDOP) is marked by Christians around the world. It is an important call for the global church to remember our persecuted brothers and sisters and pray for them.

An exciting opportunity to meet interesting and amazing neighbors from the communities around Dwelling Place at our next Love Your Neighbor event, from 5 PM to 8 PM on Saturday, June 7, 2025, in the backyard of the Nassar’s home at 300 Clearview Drive in Christiansburg.

The afternoon activities will include food, fun, and fellowship for all ages. We'll also have plenty of opportunities to let the love of Jesus shine through you, both in word and deed, whether it's to one or ninety-nine or anywhere in between.

On Saturday April 19th, NRV Young Life will set up an egg hunt in your yard after dark-- or you can make a request on behalf of your friends. All monies raised are for the benefit of teenagers going to week of camp June 2025. Requests can be made here.

This year we will be exploring the beauty of Jesus hidden (rather feebly!) in the Passover Seder meal. A fitting way to become immersed in Good Friday, as we walk through remembrance, as He did with His disciples the night before His death.
